Redtech is seeking an Engagement Lead–Expert Level for ERP implementations, ideally Workday, on a contractor basis. The project spans ~1 year with remote work and monthly on-site meetings in Olympia, WA. The pay rate is $145.00–$155.00/hr DOE with full benefits participation.

Strong background in leading large ERP programs in public or private sectors and in independent assurance roles is required. Travel is limited and not reimbursed for non-local candidates.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum senior program management experience on large ERP implementations with delivery accountability.
• Direct senior delivery role on ERP implementation of 30M+ budget.
• Experience on multi-cohort or multi-wave ERP implementation with wave readiness/cutover decisions.

• Provide independent assurance as Engagement Lead on multi-project programs with 30M+ budgets.
• Present risk and posture assessments to executive steering committees.
