Meta Resources Group in the United States seeks an ERP / EHR Cross-Program Technical Lead to provide technical leadership, integrated planning, and cross-program coordination across ERP and EHR initiatives within a healthcare technology program.

This 1-year contract role requires coordinating dependencies, managing schedules, and engaging with senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment, with availability to start mid-November 2026 and work EST hours, including DRB/CCB governance support.

Qualifications

• Experience managing cross-program ERP and healthcare IT initiatives.
• Strong governance, RAID, and risk management skills.
• Epic EHR experience preferred; other EHRs considered.
• Ability to lead integrated schedules across multiple workstreams.
• Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders and steering committees.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership and cross-program coordination across ERP and EHR initiatives.
• Manage cross-program dependencies and integrated schedules across workstreams.
• Coordinate interdependent workstreams and milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Facilitate technical governance and decision-making across ERP, EHR, and integrations.
• Support DRB and CCB reviews and governance, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Interact with technical teams, partners, and program leadership to resolve challenges.
