RTX is seeking an Enterprise Data Management specialist to support data migration and harmonization for SAP S/4 implementations. You will map, cleanse, validate, and standardize data across business units, working with DT Data SMEs to ensure quality and timely migration.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data governance, and post-migration data integrity to enable enterprise reporting and analytics. A strong SAP data background and migration tooling experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree or advanced degree with substantial relevant experience.
• Experience with ERP data migration, data mapping, cleansing and validation.
• Strong understanding of SAP data structures and MM/SD/FI/CO modules as they relate to migrations.
• Experience with ABAP, SQL or data profiling tools helpful.

Responsabilités

• Apply data cleansing and validation to prepare legacy data for migration to SAP S/4HANA.
• Support data harmonization across business units for unified reporting and analytics post-ERP implementation.
• Identify and resolve data issues during extraction, cleansing and migration phases.
• Collaborate with DT Data SMEs and BU Data SMEs to align data requirements and quality expectations.
• Validate business rules translation from legacy systems to new S/4 system.
• Lead defect resolution and data quality improvements during the migration lifecycle.
• Continue data accuracy efforts in the S/4 system post-migration to support ongoing reporting needs.
