Job summary

Concord is seeking a seasoned Technical Product Owner/Business Analyst to drive requirements gathering for a large ERP/CRM migration. You will translate current-state processes into clear artifacts that shape vendor evaluation and future system design.

You will lead sessions with GTM, Finance, and technical teams, document end-to-end processes, and ensure alignment across stakeholders while mapping to future-state capabilities. This contract role offers remote work with US coverage.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Analyst, or Business Analyst on ERP/CRM migrations or implementations.
• Hands-on experience with quoting, contracting, pricing, invoicing, and billing processes.
• Ability to gather requirements and produce process-flow documentation for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM and ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions with GTM, Finance, and internal technical stakeholders to capture current-state processes.
• Document end-to-end process flows across quoting, contracting, pricing, invoicing, and billing.
• Translate business requirements into structured artifacts usable for RFP development and vendor evaluation.
• Identify gaps, redundancies, and pain points in existing CRM/ERP workflows.
• Partner with technical teams to map current-state processes to future-state system capabilities.
• Support deliverables and prepare documentation.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment on process definitions.
• Maintain and iterate on process documentation as requirements evolve.
