Job summary

Concord is seeking a seasoned Technical Product Owner/Business Analyst to drive requirements gathering for a large ERP/CRM migration. You will translate current-state processes into clear artifacts that shape vendor evaluation and future system design.

You will lead sessions with GTM, Finance, and technical teams, document end-to-end processes, and ensure alignment across stakeholders while mapping to future-state capabilities. This contract role offers remote work with US coverage.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Analyst, or Business Analyst on ERP/CRM migrations or implementations.
• Hands-on experience with quoting, contracting, pricing, invoicing, and billing processes.
• Ability to gather requirements and produce process-flow documentation for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM and ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions with GTM, Finance, and internal technical stakeholders to capture current-state processes.

About the Role

We're supporting a large-scale ERP/CRM migration with parallel workstreams across GTM, Finance, and internal technical teams. This role owns requirements gathering and process flow documentation across the quoting, contracting, pricing, invoicing, and billing lifecycle, translating how the business actually operates today into clear, structured input that will shape vendor evaluation and the eventual system design.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions with GTM, Finance, and internal technical stakeholders to capture current-state processes


• Document end-to-end process flows across quoting, contracting, pricing, invoicing, and billing

Experience and Skills

• At least 7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Analyst, or Business Analyst on an ERP or CRM migration/implementation


• Hands-on experience with the quoting, contracting, pricing, invoicing, and billing process


• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and produce process flow documentation for cross-functional stakeholders


• Experience with CRM and ERP platforms

Additional Information

• Location: Remote, open to US


• Employment Type:6-12 month contract. Possibility of extension.


• Compensation: $55 - $65/hr W2 hourly or $65 - $75/hr C2C. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, and overall qualifications.


• Requirements: Must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future.
