Job summary

Blue Star Partners LLC is looking for an HR/HCM Business Analyst to support the full ERP implementation lifecycle. This role focuses on HR workflows and ensuring compliance with policies.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of ERP implementation experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. The contract is for 6 months with a pay rate of $65-70/hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ERP Implementations, Change Management, Business Analysis, or related roles.
• 5+ years of experience in HR operations, recruiting, or HRIS/ATS system support.
• Must have HCM ERP implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Lead Change Management effort and assess the impact on processes.
• Create and maintain documentation, including process flows and training materials.
• Provide hands-on support during go-live and monitor system performance.
