Job summary

Justrite is seeking a Senior Manager, ERP Applications to lead the Global Shop ERP across multiple manufacturing units. You will configure, optimize, and support ERP modules, partner with vendors, and mentor ERP staff to ensure data integrity and operational excellence.

The role requires hands‑on technical leadership, strong project management, and collaboration with business leaders to drive standardization and process improvements in a remote, IT‑driven environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
7–10 years of experience supporting enterprise ERP in manufacturing.
Minimum of 5 years hands‑on Global Shop ERP experience.
Experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary owner and SME for Global Shop ERP across multiple manufacturing businesses.
Lead full lifecycle ERP implementations from planning to post‑go‑live support.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks and communications.
Configure and maintain Global Shop ERP modules for manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, and scheduling.
Troubleshoot complex ERP issues and data inconsistencies.
Develop and maintain PSQL queries, reports, and data extracts.
