Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an experienced Manager of ERP AI Engineering to lead AI-enabled SAP automation across SAP S/4HANA and connected platforms.

You will architect scalable, secure solutions using SAP Business AI, Joule, and AI agents, while aligning with governance and SOX requirements. The role requires deep SAP expertise, leading global engineering teams, and delivering production-ready, observable automation for critical processes like PTP, OTC, and FICO.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of SAP technology experience with S/4HANA and enterprise automation.
• Deep expertise in SAP Business AI, Joule, SAP AI Core, SAP BTP, Integration Suite, and intelligent automation.
• Proven experience designing, deploying, and supporting AI-enabled SAP solutions.
• Strong understanding of SAP business processes including FICO, OTC, PTP, and financial postings.
• Experience leading production support, incident management, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment, and support of AI-enabled SAP automation and agentic workflows across SAP S/4HANA and connected platforms.
• Architect scalable, governance-driven AI solutions using SAP Business AI, Joule, SAP AI Core, and intelligent automation frameworks.
• Translate business requirements into production-ready designs, integrations, monitoring, and controls.
• Build reusable AI agent frameworks with governance, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Drive observability, performance metrics, and continuous improvement for AI-driven processes.
