A global risk consultancy is seeking a Senior Accounting Process Improvement Specialist to join their Corporate team in Pittsburgh, PA. This role supports general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and drives ERP-based process improvements. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and ideally 3+ years of public accounting experience. This position allows for remote working arrangements within the United States and includes a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Big 4 public accounting experience preferred.
• Position requires up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
• Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and perform analytical reviews on P&L accounts.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies.
