Job summary

Envision Staffing Solutions Inc. is seeking a Finance Generalist to support daily finance operations during a 12-18 month ERP deployment. The role ensures core financial processes remain accurate while the team implements D365, with remote work in the Pittsburgh area and hybrid/onsite options in Coudersport or St. Mary’s, PA.

The position requires a CPA/CIMA/ACCA or similar credential is preferred, 4+ years in finance, and familiarity with ERP systems. U.S. Person for ITAR compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) preferred, but not required
• 4+ years’ experience in a general finance, accounting, or business support role.
• Experience in a manufacturing or operational finance environment would be preferred.
• Proven ability to manage transactional processes, reporting cycles, and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Plus if you have experience supporting ERP change initiatives.
• Is a U.S. Person for ITAR regulatory business; U.S. Citizen/Permanent Resident

While the permanent finance team focuses on delivering the successful deployment of the new D365 system, this role will ensure that core financial processes and controls continue to operate smoothly and effectively.
