True Oil LLC in Casper, Wyoming seeks a seasoned Accounting Systems Leader to optimize financial operations and drive strategic system improvements. You will oversee ERP integrations, ensure compliance, and guide a team through upgrades and trainings.

The role requires a strong background in accounting systems, project management, and leadership, with a focus on automation and data analytics to support growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or information systems with 6+ years in financial systems.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Confidential handling of sensitive information.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting information systems, ERP technologies, and accounting modules.
• Experience with dashboards, data analytics and BI tools.
• Proficient in process automation (AP automation, workflows).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate accounting and financial operations to identify system improvements, process efficiencies, and automation opportunities at the strategic level.
• Oversee integration of financial systems with ERP, payroll, procurement, and reporting tools.
• Direct and review research on financial record‑keeping and reporting requirements; ensure systems meet compliance.
• Oversee system performance, upgrades, and testing strategies; manage project scope and documentation.
• Provide leadership to the Accounting Systems Analyst and supervise project delivery and training.
