Job summary

Redolent Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (4G/5G RAN) to join our Wireless network team in a remote role based in the USA.

You will be a key contributor, acting as SME for 4G/5G call processing features and coordinating with R&D, Systems engineering, and product validation to bring new wireless products to market. The role requires deep knowledge of 3GPP RAN, LTE/NR interworking, and experience with field integration testing, performance analysis, and pre-sales support.

Qualifications

• Develop product requirements and performance analysis for 4G/5G features.
• Lead technical discussions on RAN features with customer groups.
• Coordinate field integration testing and test plan development.
• Provide Tier3 support for scheduler-related issues.
• Evaluate LTE/NR performance and optimization guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex technical design considerations between sales and carriers.
• Educate customers on new products and services.
• Assist with product performance analysis and third-party evaluations.
• Travel as required.
