As a 1099 contractor, you earn a profit split based on performance, with mentorship from active traders and access to capital allocation. No base salary, flexible remote setup, and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in equities and/or options trading preferred but not required.
• Strong risk discipline and consistency mindset.
• Willingness to complete Maverick Qualification Program before trading firm capital.
