Maverick Trading is a fully remote proprietary trading firm seeking individuals to trade equities and options with disciplined risk controls. You will participate in structured capital allocation and advance through performance-based scaling, with professional training and mentorship provided.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role offering profit splits based on trading results. There is no base salary; compensation comes from a tiered profit split, and successful traders can scale capital

Qualifications

• Trading experience preferred (equities and/or options), not required.
• Strong risk discipline and consistency mindset.
• Independent decision-making and personal accountability.
• Willingness to complete the Maverick Qualification Program before trading firm capital.
