Maverick Trading is seeking a fully remote Equity & Options Trader. You will trade equities and options with defined risk parameters, following Maverick's rules-based risk management approach, and build capital scales based on performance.

The role is a 1099 independent contractor position with no base salary. Compensation is a profit split, with top traders earning a high share of net profits; training and mentorship are provided, alongside remote work options.

Qualifications

• Trading experience in equities and/or options preferred, not required.
• Strong risk discipline and consistency mindset.
• Independent decision-making and personal accountability.
• Willingness to complete the Maverick Qualification Program before trading firm capital.
