Job summary

IMI is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to install, service and train customers on MILCURE wheel refinishing equipment. This remote position requires extensive travel within the United States and Canada, including nights and weekends when needed.

You will troubleshoot issues by phone, document activities in CRM, and collaborate with our Customer Experience Team to provide timely, effective support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school preferred.
• 3–5 years of maintenance/repair experience on industrial equipment.
• Experience with blasting equipment is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Travel 75% with some weekends and evenings required.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues by phone and guide customers through repairs.
• Document all activities in CRM for time management and sales visibility.
• Coordinate with Customer Experience Team on operating issues and minor repairs.
• Provide onsite service and training at customer sites in the US and Canada.
• Support site visits and discussions with leadership and customer service.
