Altius Search Group is conducting a confidential search for a direct originator in equipment finance. Remote work option with a focus on sourcing and closing large-ticket transactions ranging from $500,000 to $50 million in essential markets.

You will develop borrower and referral relationships, work with leadership and credit on structures for non-traditional credits, and fund transactions to build a durable book of business. Base salary ranges from $100,000–$120,000 with 1% commission.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to originate and close equipment finance transactions.
• Experience with non-investment-grade or nontraditional credits.
• Strong borrower/referral network.
• Ability to work without an inherited territory.

Responsabilités

• Personally source and close equipment finance loans and leases.
• Build a qualified pipeline through direct borrower and referral relationships.
• Assess the customer, equipment, sponsorship, transaction structure, risks, and repayment plan.
• Coordinate with credit, underwriting, and documentation teams to move transactions through funding.
• Develop a sustainable book of business and provide market insight as the company expands into new industries.
