  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with four years of professional experience or equivalent combination.
  • Experience with EO/TIX investigations, Title IX, and related policies.
  • Strong communication and report-writing abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Performs discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct, and retaliation investigations. Serves as a point of contact for inquiries and walk-ins.
  • Reviews policies for compliance and recommends revisions. Collaborates with Title IX coordinators and other stakeholders.
  • Assists with compliance and training related to nondiscrimination laws, including Title IX and system initiatives.
  • Maintains knowledge of HR practices, laws, and campus policies; updates training materials and travels as needed.
