Job summary

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of Epicor Kinetic experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Some onsite visits may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Epicor Kinetic experience.
• Helpdesk, ERP, or application support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exposure to Epicor reporting or customizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Epicor Kinetic support.
• Manage and resolve Epicor helpdesk tickets.
• Troubleshoot user errors and system issues.
• Work closely with Epicor stakeholders and end users.
• Document issues and resolutions.
