Prime Healthcare is seeking an experienced Epic Implementation Manager (Clinical) to lead enterprise-wide Epic deployments across a national health system. You will partner with CMOs, Nursing Leadership, and Executives to drive end-to-end implementations and ensure successful adoption in complex hospital environments.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of applicable work experience in healthcare IT.
• Experience leading Epic implementations and large teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Clinical Epic implementations across facilities.
• Oversee design, build, testing, training, go-live and stabilization.
• Partner with clinical stakeholders to align workflows and system design.
• Ensure adoption of best-practice clinical workflows.
• Lead, coach and manage clinical application analyst teams.
• Drive milestone execution, risk mitigation and delivery outcomes.
• Oversee post-go-live transition to support teams.
• Travel up to 50–75% annually to hospital sites across the U.S.
