• Experience delivering Epic projects in healthcare settings (Community Connect preferred).
• Familiarity with Epic modules, clinical workflows, and healthcare operations.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and drive PMO processes.
• Strong organization, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple Epic initiatives from inception to post-go-live support.
• Coordinate Community Connect expansion projects and Epic module deployments.
• Define scope, timelines, and deliverables with operational, clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders.
• Facilitate governance meetings and report project status, risks, and resolutions.
• Develop schedules, budgets, resources, and implementation roadmaps.
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards and best practices.
• Coordinate Epic analysts, technical teams, clinical leaders, and vendors.
