Job summary

Washington Regional is seeking an Epic MyChart & Welcome Applications Analyst to support and optimize patient portal workflows, eCheck-in, scheduling, messaging, and related digital front-door processes. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or clinical license, preferred.
• Epic MyChart certification required. Epic Welcome certification or proficiency preferred.
• Four to six years of clinical, operational, revenue cycle, or patient access applications experience with Epic build, testing, implementation, and optimization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain advanced knowledge of Epic MyChart and Welcome workflows and patient portal tools.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop MyChart/Welcome enhancements and optimizations.
• Oversee design, build, configuration, maintenance, and validation of MyChart and Welcome modules.
• Perform complex analysis, build, and testing of Epic MyChart/Welcome workflows to support digital front door workflows.
• Coordinate with ambulatory, hospital operations, patient access, revenue cycle, clinical, and IT teams on workflow issues and improvements.
• Lead testing plans (regression, unit, system, integration, UAT) to ensure changes function for end users.
