Job summary

ProMedica is seeking an IT Epic Analyst II for remote work. You will design, implement, maintain and support Epic software applications across operational teams, ensuring tests, QA, and proper documentation.

You will mentor junior EMR staff and assist in training end-users on system changes. The role requires an associate degree or equivalent, at least 3 years of clinical IT experience, and Epic certification within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Must achieve Epic certification in primary application within 90 days of completing the first Epic class.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain and support Epic software applications.
• Plan implementations and upgrades with testing, QA and documentation of changes.
• Train IT employees and advise end-users in the operation of their information system and support the training team by keeping trainers informed of new functions and system changes.
