Job summary

AppLab Systems, Inc. in Louisville, KY (Remote) is seeking an experienced Epic Compass Rose / Healthy Planet Analyst to optimize Epic population health workflows and care management solutions.

You will configure, customize, and enhance modules to improve patient outcomes, reporting, and workflows. The role requires collaboration with clinical, operational, and IT teams to translate requirements into practical Epic solutions, develop dashboards, and ensure data integrity and Epic best practices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Epic analyst experience.
• Epic certifications in Healthy Planet and/or Compass Rose.
• Experience in population health, care management, or payer/provider settings.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Healthy Planet and Compass Rose applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Develop workflows, templates, dashboards, and reports supporting care management initiatives.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing production support.
• Perform testing, upgrades, and system enhancements.
• Train end users and create supporting documentation.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to Epic best practices.
