Job summary

AppLab Systems, Inc. in Louisville, KY (Remote) is seeking an experienced Epic Compass Rose / Healthy Planet Analyst to optimize Epic population health workflows and care management solutions.

You will configure, customize, and enhance modules to improve patient outcomes, reporting, and workflows. The role requires collaboration with clinical, operational, and IT teams to translate requirements into practical Epic solutions, develop dashboards, and ensure data integrity and Epic best practices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Epic analyst experience.
• Epic certifications in Healthy Planet and/or Compass Rose.
• Experience in population health, care management, or payer/provider settings.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Job Summary

• Additional Epic certifications (Cogito, Ambulatory, etc.) are a plus.
