Job summary

BJC HealthCare is seeking an EHR Application I Analyst to support Epic Healthy Planet and Compass Rose modules. This remote role targets candidates in MO, KS, or IL with Epic experience.

Responsibilities include configuring, testing, and maintaining Epic applications, while collaborating with clinical and IT teams to improve care coordination and population health workflows. The position emphasizes troubleshooting, documentation, training support, and participation in upgrades and data

Qualifications

• Epic Healthy Planet/Compass Rose experience or certifications preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree required; minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience as an analyst with Epic applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support Epic Healthy Planet and Compass Rose applications.
• Support population health, care management, and care coordination workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing and enhancements.
• Collaborate with clinical, business, and IT teams; gather requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation, workflows, and test scripts.
• Assist end-user training and ongoing support.
• Support reporting, registries, and data validation.
