Job summary

Grady Health System is seeking an experienced Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Analyst to lead design, build, testing, and optimization for a major HB implementation. You will collaborate with operational leaders, clinicians, and IT to transform workflows and improve revenue cycle performance.

Candidate must hold active Epic Resolute Hospital Billing certification and have prior Epic implementation experience.

Qualifications

Epic HB certification is required to be considered.
Experience with Epic Resolute Hospital Billing implementation.
Experience supporting HB build, workflow design, testing, and optimization.
Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and operational teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, validate, and support Epic Resolute Hospital Billing functionality.
Serve as the primary HB workflows and configuration expert.
Analyze current-state processes and develop future-state workflow solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into Epic build.
Participate in unit, integrated, and system testing activities.
Troubleshoot issues and implement system enhancements.
Support release management and go-live planning.
Create and maintain documentation and testing materials.
Partner with training teams for end-user adoption.
Provide project updates across interdisciplinary teams.
