Job summary

Norton Healthcare is seeking an Intermediate Clinical Application Systems Analyst for a fully remote position. The role supports clinical information technology systems, analyzes needs, investigates solutions, and coordinates with vendors and internal IS partners.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in clinical application support/ Healthcare Information Technology or 5 years in clinical experience.
• Five years of experience in clinical application support/ Healthcare Information Technology or 7 years in clinical experience without a degree.
• Associate Degree.
• Epic certification must be obtained within 12 weeks of start date.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, configuring and maintaining application systems and follow control processes including requests for changes, and enhancements.
• Support existing clinical information technology systems including routine maintenance, problem management and troubleshooting.
• Analyze system needs, help investigate solutions and present and implement recommendations to senior analyst and management.
• Serve as a liaison between system vendors and internal users and other IS partners.
• Competent to work on all phases of applications systems analysis, programming, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting activities with minimal supervision.
