Job summary

Collabera is seeking an Implementation Specialist/Epic Beaker Application Coordinator to remotely configure Beaker CP. You will translate lab requirements into enterprise-ready configurations and maintain build milestones for a multi-stakeholder environment.

The role requires hands-on Beaker CP certification and prior hospital deployments, plus strong meeting facilitation and executive-facing communication. This contract role spans ~18 months with benefits provided where eligible.

Qualifications

• Epic Beaker CP certification with hands-on CP implementation experience.
• 2+ hospital deployments strongly preferred; large complex system acceptable.
• Confident communicator who can run meetings solo with physicians and executives.
• Collaborative yet decisive, able to advocate for approach but move forward after decisions are made.

Responsibilities

• Build out Beaker CP configuration and test records from lab requirements.
• Lead requirements-gathering/alignment meetings with lab stakeholders.
• Coordinate with AC team to ensure enterprise-wide design.
• Present the build and workflow impact to physicians and executives.
• Support go-live command center activities, including off-hours during go-live windows.
