Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, mathematics, clinically related field or experience may be considered.
• Current certification in Epic applications required within the first 90 days.
• De-escalation training must be completed by end of orientation (90 days).
• Experience: minimum of 1 year in healthcare IT or related information systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a bridge between vendors, end users and team members.
