Job summary

Singing River Health System seeks an Application Analyst III to bridge vendors, end users, and clinical teams, tailoring Epic-based systems to fit our health system needs. You’ll analyze workflows, data, and reports across applications as part of a dynamic IT team.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred, plus 3–4 years of healthcare IT experience and Epic certifications. Occasional travel and on-call rotation may apply.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in developing, implementing, operating, or maintaining information systems in a healthcare delivery setting.
• Experience working with Epic applications and integrated healthcare systems.
• Ability to tailor and optimize workflows across clinical and administrative modules.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows, data collection, and report details across multiple applications.
• Serve as a bridge between vendors, end users, and IT/clinical teams; coordinate status updates.
• Support implementation and ongoing optimization of healthcare information systems.
