Job summary

Baker Tilly US, LLP is seeking an Epic Application Analyst/Consultant to join our Digital Solutions Healthcare team. You will leverage Epic expertise to design, build, test, and deploy EHR solutions across ambulatory, inpatient, and related modules, collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to drive value.

Successful candidates will have Epic certifications and 5+ years of implementation experience, with strong communication and project-management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
Five plus years of Epic implementation experience, including design, build and configuration.
Epic certification preferred; must be in good standing with Epic.
Proven ability to provide consulting remotely or onsite at client locations.
Demonstrated strong communication and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate knowledge of Epic implementations, upgrades, and optimizations.
Plan, design/build, test, implement and support the Epic EHR.
Lead requirements gathering and workflow analysis.
Provide mentorship and guidance to IT members and client teams.
Maintain current Epic certifications and stay updated on improvements.
