Baker Tilly’s Epic Practice seeks experienced Epic Application Analysts/Consultants to join our Digital Solutions Healthcare team. You will contribute to Epic implementations, upgrades, and optimizations across diverse healthcare environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver effective EHR solutions.

You will lead requirements, guide testing and training, and provide mentorship to client IT staff while maintaining Epic certifications.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of Epic implementation experience.
• Epic certification preferred.
• Ability to lead and supervise others and manage projects.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate significant knowledge of Epic implementations, upgrades, and optimizations.
• Plan, design/build, test, implement and support Epic EHR.
• Lead or provide support during testing, training, and implementation.
• Mentor IT team members and provide guidance to client teams.
• Maintain current Epic certifications and stay updated with updates.
