Job summary

CTG is seeking an Epic Ambulatory Analyst to analyze, configure, and implement Epic Ambulatory solutions for a client. The role requires SmartForms experience or badge and extensive ambulatory expertise.

This remote position follows Pacific work hours and is a 15+ month contract. You will collaborate with clinicians and operational teams, support testing, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support while ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices.

Qualifications

• Epic Ambulatory Certification required.
• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Epic in ambulatory/outpatient settings.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; ability to engage clinical and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, configure, test, and implement Epic Ambulatory solutions aligned with clinical requirements.
• Collaborate with clinicians, providers, and operational stakeholders to translate requirements into system functionality.
• Support outpatient/ambulatory workflows to improve patient care and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement scalable solutions.
• Support upgrades, enhancements, and feature rollouts for Epic versions.
