Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking an EPC Project Manager to join our team remotely. You will manage highly complex site-based construction projects, coordinate with customers, sales and vendors, and track shipments, budgets and schedules.

The role emphasizes clear communication, KPI development, risk mitigation and ensuring safety compliance across projects. Responsibilities include reviewing purchase orders, expediting backorders, developing project-specific programs, and maintaining strong relationships

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quotation, project management, or customer service experience.
• Experience in electrical distribution industry preferred.
• High School or GED - Required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of onsite high profile/complex construction projects requiring product knowledge.
• Establish KPI’s for each project and set up dashboards and issue trackers.
• Communicate with the customer, expedite OS&Ds, and resolve issues promptly.
• Review Purchase Orders to ensure terms are correct.
• Collaborate with sales and vendors to maximize margin where possible.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers and sales on pricing, orders, claims and returns.
• Expedite backorders to maximize fill rates and satisfaction.
• Ensure project safety requirements and protocols are met.
• Develop relationships with customers and suppliers to improve profitability.
