Rexel USA is seeking an EPC Project Manager to join our team REMOTE. The role focuses on managing complex, site-based construction projects, handling orders, coordinating with vendors and customers, and maintaining strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.

You will establish KPIs, dashboards, and issue trackers, expedite OS&Ds, review Purchase Orders for accuracy, and work with sales to optimize margins while ensuring safety and project success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quotation, project management, or customer service experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the electrical industry.
• Experience in electrical distribution industry preferred.
• High School or GED - Required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of onsite construction projects requiring product knowledge.
• Establish KPIs and project dashboards, and track performance.
• Communicate with the customer, expedite OS&Ds and resolve issues promptly.
• Review Purchase Orders to understand requirements and ensure terms are correct.
• Work with sales and vendors to maximize margin where possible.
• Coordinate pricing, orders, claims, and account management to meet expectations.
• Expedite backorders to maximize fill rates and customer satisfaction.
• Develop relationships with customers and suppliers; train junior staff as needed.
