Job summary

Medtronic seeks an EP Mapping Specialist to join a remote, territory-based role serving accounts across the region. The position emphasizes cardiac mapping and navigation expertise, with training responsibilities for physicians and staff on EP mapping systems.

You will collaborate with clinical and sales teams, drive product adoption, and travel within the territory to support customers. A valid driver’s license is required and the role may involve up to substantial travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• Associate degree plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• Bachelor degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.
• Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on CAS products and related procedures.
• Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
• Understand and support national, regional and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products.
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
• Work with Account Manager, Regional Manager and Area Directors to identify sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CAS Solutions products.
• Coordinate with regional sales and clinical teams in the field.
