Job summary

Medtronic USA Inc is seeking an EP Mapping Specialist to support physicians and staff with cardiac mapping systems, CAS products, and training across the assigned territory. This remote role requires travel to multiple accounts and a valid driver's license, with potential regional responsibilities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical teams, vendors, and account managers to educate users, promote safe product use, and grow CAS-related opportunities across the territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• Associate degree plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.
• Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures.
• Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
• Understand and support national, regional and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products.
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
• Work with Account Manager, Regional Manager and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CA Solutions products.
• Communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region.
• Serve as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, service and support.
• Serve as a regional champion to share experience and influence others to be proficient in mapping technology.
