Job summary

Medtronic is seeking an EP Mapping Specialist to join our Cardiac Ablation Solutions team. This remote role requires residence within the territory and travel 25-50% within the region, with a valid drivers license.

The position involves delivering clinical and technical training to physicians and staff on EP mapping systems, promoting safe use, and collaborating with sales and clinical teams to reach regional goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma + 6+ years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• Associate degree + 4+ years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• Bachelors degree + 2+ years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• BA/BS in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with minimum 4 years work experience in cardiac field, hospital/clinic or sales.
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, hospital/clinic or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.
• Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures.
• Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
• Understand and support national, regional, and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products.
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
• Work in partnership with Account Manager, Regional Manager, and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.
• Collaborate and strategize with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CAS products.
• Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region.
• Serves as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, service and support.
• Serve as a regional champion to share your experience and influence others to be proficient in the mapping technology.
