Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Account Manager to oversee assigned client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term sustainability. You will communicate via email, phone, and Teams, maintaining CRM records and coordinating with internal teams.

The role requires 3+ years of client-facing experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to work remotely from the United States. Travel may be required occasionally, with benefits including health and retirement plans.

• Strong customer service/support skills including active listening.
• Ability to research and resolve account problems using a variety of resources and tools.
• Proven task management experience.
• High initiative with an ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Daily Assigned Account Help Desk Log for your accounts; accelerate responses as needed to leadership, advise management of key findings.
• Lead routine calls with your assigned clients; record notes and action items and report in the CRM; follow up with appropriate departments.
• Manage the relationship with the client and stakeholders by conducting regular meetings via telephone or in person as per the Account Management Plan.
• Report personnel or project concerns to Director of Account Management as needed.
• Assist in renewal processes and coordinate changes with company departments as needed.
• Conduct periodic account reviews and client satisfaction surveys; support product team requests.
