Jobgether is seeking an Environmental Remediation Project Manager to lead investigations, remediation, and regulatory compliance projects in Michigan from proposal through closeout. You will manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and safety while coordinating diverse teams and maintaining client and regulatory relationships.

You will oversee Phase I/II ESAs, groundwater investigations, remedial actions, and restoration activities, ensuring EGLE compliance and effective communication.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 6–10 years of progressive experience managing environmental consulting projects.
• Understanding of environmental regulations and programs including CERCLA, RCRA, Brownfields, USTs, PFAS investigations.
• Experience managing site characterization, groundwater investigations, corrective actions, remediation systems, or restoration projects.
• Familiarity with Michigan regulations and EGLE is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with client expectations, technical requirements, schedules, budgets, and profitability.
• Experience developing project scopes, budgets, schedules, and proposals; client relationship growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for reports and client presentations.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams; mentoring junior professionals; promote safety and continuous improvement.
• OSHA 40‑Hour HAZWOPER certification preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsabilidades

• Lead environmental projects from proposal development through final closeout.
• Oversee scope, schedules, budgets, quality, health and safety, and profitability.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of scientists, geologists, engineers, field staff, and subcontractors.
• Oversee Phase I/II ESAs, site characterization, remedial investigations, feasibility evaluations, groundwater monitoring, and remediation systems.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental requirements including Michigan EGLE.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, regulatory agencies, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Identify risks early; implement corrective actions and prepare technical reports, work plans, cost estimates, and presentations.
• Contribute to proposals, cost estimates, and profitability planning; look for follow-on opportunities.
• Maintain timely invoicing, accounts receivable management, and project cost controls.
• Mentor and develop junior professionals; promote safety and collaboration.
