U.S. Pacific Fleet is seeking an Environmental Protection Specialist to support environmental program management and compliance in air, water, or hazardous waste/hazardous material at PSNS and IMF. The position offers GS-09/11 pay bands with posted ranges and telework eligibility.

Two openings are available with a Secret clearance requirement. Applications close 2026-10-30. Salary ranges posted: GS-09 $69,373–$90,190 and GS-11 $83,935–$109,122 per year.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree for GS-09.
• Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree for GS-11.
• Possession of an LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled.
• Combination of experience and graduate education that equates to one year of experience where applicable.
