Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC (SSE) is seeking an Environmental Specialist (Entry-Level) to support the 647 Civil Engineering Squadron at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. The role focuses on environmental compliance, conservation programs, and technical documentation to support installation requirements.

You will work with Civil Engineering personnel, program managers, regulators, and stakeholders to ensure proper environmental practices and recordkeeping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a natural science field from an accredited US institution.
• Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and document environmental data.
• Ability to support field inspections and coordinate with multidisciplinary stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist with environmental program management, compliance assessments, and conservation activities.
• Support transfer of environmental records to Air Force repositories and IT databases.
• Develop or review project plans, studies, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Assist with environmental inspections, field activities, sampling, and corrective-action tracking.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and organized program files.
