Canacre USA, LLC is seeking an Environmental Project Manager to lead environmental projects remotely from the Florida area. The role combines project management with strong knowledge of environmental regulations, permitting processes, and agency coordination at federal, state, and local levels.

The successful candidate will oversee projects involving wetlands delineations, endangered species, and cultural resources, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and agencies to advance projects

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Natural Resources, or related field.
• 7–15 years of wetlands, endangered species, cultural resources, and related permitting experience.
• Experience managing environmental permitting projects and coordinating teams.
• Experience with NEPA and USACE permitting processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage environmental projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate internal resources, establish priorities, track milestones, and ensure timely deliverables.
• Serve as primary client contact, providing updates, reports, and recommended solutions.
• Lead recurring client and internal project meetings to communicate progress and decisions.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, forecasts, expenses, and timesheets; adjust as needed.
• Identify risks, manage scope changes, and elevate issues to senior management.
• Coordinate with technical specialists, clients, subcontractors, and agencies to advance projects.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations and permitting requirements.
