Job summary

Colorado State University is seeking an Environmental Analyst for NEPA/EBS to support ANGRC at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland. The role focuses on preparing and reviewing Environmental Baseline Surveys, ensuring compliance with AFMAN 32-7002 and DAFI 32-7067, and coordinating with legal and project teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating EBS actions with ANG installations, managing NEPA requests in VEMO, EIAP, CatEx, EA, and EIS documents, and delivering timely technical support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Planning, Natural Resources Management, or related field.
• Five+ years of NEPA or environmental planning experience.
• Proven ability to write, edit, and review technical environmental documents.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Environmental Baseline Survey (EBS) documentation and conduct site assessments.
• Interpret EBS data and ensure regulatory compliance (AFMAN 32-7002, DAFI 32-7067).
• Coordinate NEPA actions with ANG installations and SME teams, including contractors.
• Support ANGVE/ANG installations in scoping contracts or in-house EBS development.
