Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Environmental Analyst to provide lifecycle environmental support across a major program. You will collaborate with environmental SMEs, state authorities, and USG entities on planning, design, and construction, designing, implementing, and monitoring control systems to ensure compliance with regulators and company standards.

The role emphasizes advanced technical expertise, development of innovative solutions, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with environmental compliance
• 5+ years of experience with NEPA analysis
• Experience supporting environmental impact assessments, site investigations, remediation projects, environmental constraints assessments, permitting activities, and conceptual site model development
• Experience using environmental information, GIS data, mapping resources, and project data to identify environmental constraints, ecological sensitivities, access considerations, and project risks
• Ability to manage competing requirements
• Ability to come up with creative and innovative solutions
• Ability to provide schedule management and development for long-term projects
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of experience working in the environmental field in lieu of a degree

Responsibilities

• Provide environmental support throughout the lifecycle of the program.
• Work closely with environmental subject matter experts, state, and USG environmental entities on planning, design, and construction.
• Design, implement, and monitor environmental control systems to maintain regulatory and company environmental standards.
• Mentor and supervise team members.
