Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal and factual research on climate and clean air issues.
• Draft legal and policy memos and other documents for litigation and regulatory matters.
• Assist with litigation filings and administrative comments.
• Evaluate impacts of recent court decisions on EDF priorities.
• Contribute to public-facing documents and blog posts.
• Represent EDF at public hearings and support regulatory advocacy.
