NRDC's Climate & Energy Department seeks a legal intern to support ongoing projects for our Power Division. The intern will report to the Federal Climate Legal Director and work onsite in the Washington, DC office three days per week.

The role involves assisting with active litigation, drafting memoranda, and researching related issues. The internship runs for 10 weeks with a total stipend of $10,000, paid bi-weekly.

• Must be currently enrolled in a JD or LLM program.

Responsabilidades

• Support ongoing projects in NRDC's Climate & Energy Department as part of the Legal Internship.
• Draft legal memoranda and sections of briefs; conduct targeted research.
• Interview standing declarants and participate in strategy discussions.
• Collaborate with litigation team interns in the D.C. office and engage in broader NRDC programming.
