Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public administration, finance, environmental or related field by hire date.
• Minimum one year of experience in research, data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Ability to engage with diverse communities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential program participants eligible for services.
• Assist program participants with community assessments to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate and/or assist with community engagement activities (public meetings, listening sessions, online engagement).
• Facilitate training for program participants on grant writing and program management.
• Assist participants through grant application and management processes.
• Provide other training and technical assistance identified through assessments and engagement.
