As our newest Community Program Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting services and programs delivered to community, governmental and partner organizations. Working alongside project team members and clients, you'll help coordinate activities, conduct research and analysis, provide technical assistance, and support strategic initiatives that strengthen communities and help organizations achieve their goals.
In this role, you'll be the connector who keeps projects moving forward by gathering and analyzing information, developing surveys, supporting financial and operational reviews, coordinating community engagement efforts, and helping prepare work plans, budgets, reports, and meeting materials. You'll work closely with stakeholders to organize project details, communicate progress, and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
The Community Program Coordinator plays a vital role in translating information into action. Whether you're conducting program, regulatory, financial, or social media research, supporting strategic planning efforts, or preparing reports and presentations, your work will help clients make informed decisions and create meaningful outcomes for the communities they serve.
You’ll have opportunities to build relationships with community leaders, organizational partners, and project teams while contributing to projects that make a real impact. From coordinating special projects and analyzing data to supporting facilitation sessions and representing the organization at meetings, your contributions will help ensure successful project delivery and exceptional client service.
Assists in service delivery to community, governmental and/or associated organizations which may include, but is not limited to, training, technical assistance, financial analysis, survey development, strategic planning, and regulatory review.
Performs program research, financial analysis, survey development and analysis, regulatory analysis, social media analysis, and other data collection and analysis. Develops and provides training, technical assistance and community engagement to organizations. Prepares, processes and edits financial or operational information, data and documents, including budgets, materials for meetings, special projects and reports. Assists with preparation of work plans, budgets, and reports. May represent organization and present at regional meetings and/or conferences.
Ability to remain in a stationary position. Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment including but not limited to phone, printers, copiers, and calculators. Ability to communicate with others and accurately exchange information.
